Chevron Richmond Community Tour Day 2019

Chevron Richmond Refinery is hosting a Community Tour Day on Saturday, October 19, 2019. You are invited to meet our employees and tour the refinery.

Bus tours will be conducted every 15 minutes from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and will last approximately one hour. In order to participate in a bus tour, you must make a reservation. Please note that space is limited and reservation requests are handled on a first-come, first-served basis until the available spots are filled or by Friday, September 27, whichever is soonest. Priority is given to Richmond and West County residents. Minors under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

You will be mailed a confirmation package that includes event day information, directions and your confirmed tour time. If you do not receive a confirmation package in the mail by October 14, you are not confirmed for the tour. It is important that you include a telephone number and your complete mailing address when registering for your tour.

Due to safety and security regulations of the Department of Homeland Security all adult participants will be asked to show a current government issued photo ID.** All bags, backpacks and purses must be left in your vehicle. No photo or video cameras or camera phones will be allowed onsite. Any guests whose names are not on the official guest list will not be admitted into the event.

Los tours saldrán cada 15 minutos desde 10:00am hasta 1:00pm y durarán no más de una hora. Reservaciones son requeridas dado que el espacio es limitado. Solicitudes de reserva son aceptado en el orden en que se reciben hasta que todos los espacios sean llenados o hasta el 27 de septiembre, cualquiera pase antes. Se les dará prioridad a residentes de Richmond y del Condado de West Contra Costa.

Recibirás un paquete por correo electrónico confirmando tu reservación, el cual incluirá información sobre el evento, direcciones, y el tiempo de su visita. Si no recibes el paquete antes del 14 de octubre, significa que no hubo capacidad y esperamos verle en una futura ocasión. Es importante incluir su número de teléfono y los datos de su domicilio cuando se registra.

Debido a regulaciones de seguridad del Departamento de Seguridad Nacional, cada participante mayor de edad tendrá que mostrar una identificación con fotografía emitida por el gobierno.** Todas las bolsas, mochilas y bolsos deben ser dejado en su vehiculo. No se permite el uso de cámara de video, teléfono con cámara, o cámara adentro de la refinería. No permitirá la entrada de ningún visitante cual nombre no está en la lista oficial .
